5 Months Old

Claire is now 5 months old. Making leaps and bounds in her milestones. She can flip over from back to front, giggle when humored, manipulate objects, and sit up with support. She is making progress towards crawling, moving around like an inch worm. I have a feeling that she will be a very fast crawler! She is defiantly teething as she always wants something to chew on (especially her hands) and drooling like crazy! Not quite sleeping through the night yet but she is taking her 2 good naps a day now. Her favorite things to do are to watch baby einstein, dance and jabber, outings in the car seat, being held and carried around, and told that she is cute :)

Birthday Fun

I went to an apple orchard and the Jefferson vineyards for my birthday. Calire was so good that day too. She loves hanging out in the baby bjorn and I think she really liked the scenery.

Mom liked to spend time with Claire on the patio.

Claire gets fussy at times, but a bottle and grandma's lap can do the trick.

Someone really needs a nap!

Mom and I had a lot of fun last week. We went for nature walks around the river and pond. Here is the one picture that we took at our river walk at Pony Pasture. We also went to Monticello and toured Thomas Jefferson's home. Claire went too. She did pretty good until she started doing the talking.
